The Clearwater Board have been working closely with CROS (Clearwater Resident Owners’ Society) on the security system for the Resort. A new state-of-the-art camera system is up and running. This system includes number plate recognition capabilities and is able to be monitored by a selected group of CROS and CGCL members on their phones and computers.

Please be aware that during December 2019, January 2020 and ‘Lockdown’ there were a series of overnight thefts from cars parked at residents’ homes.  Please be vigilant, and report any suspicious activity to the Police.
