We’re excited to let you know that our new website is now live!

Overview:
The purpose of this new site is to provide helpful information for existing and new residents, as well as enabling others to view the beautiful surroundings in which we live. When prospective purchasers of properties/land at Clearwater Resort look at our website, we want them to appreciate why we ‘Love where we Live’’ and this is a theme we’ve run throughout the site. I’d also like to thank all the residents, and their families, who were willing to take time to be photographed, often many times, to get the ‘perfect’ shot.

You may be surprised to read about the number of walking and cycling tracks easily accessed from the resort. We’re having a new map drawn up to show these, and this will be added to the Members’ Area once completed. You’ll see that we have a Real Estate section, complete with an area for listings of properties within the resort. CROS collects revenue from these listings, as outlined on the Terms and Conditions page. Only land/properties within the Resort can be listed.
Any agent or individual can list a property – when they agree to the Terms and Conditions.

This area is password-protected and we ask that you don’t share this password with anyone, as the information on this page is Confidential to CROS members only. The current password is (all lower case) 17crosmember

CROS newsletters, and any reports from the Chair will be archived here, so if you miss one, you can read it later. There’s an ‘UPDATES’ area and new information (e.g. Community Events) will be added here. Be sure to have a look at the Peppers flyer, with generous discounts for residents
only. Scott will be letting us know when new menus etc., have been released and this will be updated regularly.

CROS CLEARWATER RESORT OWNERS SOCIETY. This a great forum where you can share information with other residents, from photos of your recent
trips, to lost animals (or phones and glasses, if you’re anything like me)!! As with all websites, they’re a work in progress and new information will be added from time to time. If there’s any information you think we’ve missed, and could be helpful, please let me know.
